Welcome to OnCore Management Solutions! This company exists to focus On the Core of your business – your people.

My passion is working with individuals and businesses to create a high performing workplace (and therefore maximize your bottom line) by enhancing your culture via three main areas:

  • Individual Coaching in the areas of leadership, career development, onboarding, and outplacement
  • Customized training for enhanced management skills and leadership development
  • Small Business HR Advisory Services

I am the author of the eight-book SHRM Competency Series: Making an Impact in Small Business. My first three books cover the business competencies: they are: "Developing Business Acumen,” “Applying Critical Evaluation,” and “Mastering Consultation as an HR Practitioner.”
